Bryan N Anderson

Bryan N. Anderson, born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota, and, formerly, a governing member of the now-dissolved Duluth firm of Andresen, Haag, Paciotti & Butterworth, P. A., offices at 44th Avenue East and Superior Street in Duluth’s Lakeside neighborhood.  During his thirty plus year practice, he has been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers Consumer Guide, a select database of lawyers, representing all fifty states, who have been recommended by their fellow attorneys as the best in their jurisdictions for handling certain common legal matters.  In 2016 he is listed, by , as a  Distinguished award recipient, based upon peer review and ethical standing.

Bryan’s general practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust law, closely held businesses, and real-estate, including pipeline rights of way.  He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin and is a member of the Arrowhead Estate Planning Council and the Elder Law, Probate and Trust, and Real Estate sections of the Minnesota Bar Association and of the Business/Corporate, Estate Planning/Probate and Real Estate sections of the Wisconsin Bar Association.

While in college, at St. Olaf, he had the privilege to work, for three summers, at Skogfjorden, Concordia College’s Norwegian language village, and, absent the opportunity to practice, retains moderate proficiency in written and spoken Norwegian.
