Shawn B. Reed is admitted to practice in Minnesota, United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit. He received his bachelor’s degree from University of Minnesota, Duluth in 1993 and his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, cum laude, in 1997. Shawn’s areas of practice include Criminal Prosecution, Criminal Defense, Municipal, General Litigation, Business Litigation, Construction Litigation, and Appellate Practice. Shawn was selected by Minnesota Law and Politics as being a “2001 Rising Star of Minnesota Law.” Shawn currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Duluth and the Esko Educational Foundation. Shawn is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Eleventh District Bar Association, and Federal Bar Association.
