Michael S Husby

I had the misfortune of being represented by Mr. Husby in a criminal case. Mr. Husby never once contacted me prior to the initial hearing. When he arrived at that hearing it was clear that he was totally unprepared; he didn't even know what the case was about. I presented him with a detailed li...st of witnesses that I wanted to have testify in my defence, but he never even contacted any of them. Two and a half years passed, and in that time I never heard another word from Mr. Husby. Finally he left a message on my answering machine saying that I was to appear in court in less than two days time! He had still not contacted any witnesses, nor done any preparation for the case. When I asked him what he had done to prepare for my case, he became VERY defensive and angry, but continued to do nothing. After 3 years my case was still in limbo. I lost all faith in Mr. Husby's competence, and hired another lawyer. I would not recommend him to anyone for anything. He's worse than worthless.
