I have been injured since October 10, 2024, and this injury has devastated both my physical and mental health. For the past year, I placed my trust in attorney Abbey Kost and her firm, believing that they would stand by me, fight for me, and guide me through the most difficult battle of my life. My i...njury required surgery once before, and now, due to its severe progression, I face the need for another. Over the past week, my condition has deteriorated to the point where I am living in constant, excruciating pain, struggling every single day to maintain even the most basic quality of life. And yet, in the darkest and most desperate moment of this journey, I was abandoned. This morning, Abbey Kost and her firm withdrew their representation without warning, without explanation, and without regard for the toll this has taken on me. They walked away at the exact moment I needed them the most, as I endure extreme physical suffering and overwhelming mental anguish. After promising to fight for me, to negotiate a fair settlement, and to pursue judicial mediation, they turned their backs and left me stranded and defenseless. To be abandoned at this critical hour is not only unprofessional but unconscionable. This betrayal has compounded the pain and despair I already face daily. For these reasons, I would never recommend this firm to anyone, and I would strongly caution any injured worker against ever placing their trust or their future in the hands of Abbey Kost.
