Compassionate, Helpful, and Overall Great Experience

I contacted and subsequently hired Scott Anderson to represent me following a gross misdemeanor DWI charge in the spring of 2017. He provided non-judgmental, informative, and clear advice while also maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. He provided documents and clear information on all ...possible outcomes and the likelihood of each. Additionally, he gave his recommendation of next steps and lists of potential consultations and classes that would be required for a speedy conclusion of the case. He maintained availability for any questions throughout the process and always returned calls in a timely manor. Through Scott's advice, advocacy, as well as his good reputation I was able to secure a favorable settlement and plea. Even at the end of the process Scott maintained his contact availability for any questions or concerns with the completion of the process. Working with Scott made a difficult, embarrassing, and expensive process much quicker and easier. I would absolutely recommend Scott Anderson to anyone.

experience, confidence, availability gave me relief and less worry with first DWI

Mr. Anderson was referred to me by my supervisor (who knew him from a family event) and vouched for his character—my supervisor was definitely right! Having no idea how to navigate Minnesota DWI law and hoping for a speedy resolution, I hired Scott with amazing results. His prompt reply to my first v...oicemail led directly to what was essentially a free phone consultation where he answered my immediate concerns (e.g., "am I going to jail") and assured me that we would get through the ordeal as painlessly as possible. His use of "we" was sincere and I believed he would do his utmost to help me and he delivered. My fine and sentence were affordable and reasonable and thanks to Scott I will hopefully have this behind me much faster than I anticipated. His confidence at where my hearing was located based upon his vast experience handling such cases really made me feel more at ease knowing Scott had the "home field advantage". I want to emphasize how he helped me get my limited license as soon as possible through his prompt and detailed returns of my phone calls. Scott truly made the best of a bad situation for me. His DWI "cheat sheet" of penalties and consequences was the most concise and valuable piece of information I could have received. Scott also took the time to discuss with me how to avoid future drinking and driving without judgement or condescension. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone having to deal with their first DWI offense.
