My family visited Patrick Ledray's office regarding a probate case. From the beginning he was insensitive and un-professional. After being there a very short time, he notified us "I have to leave in 15 minutes to go consume a lot of beer before I have to start a trial on Monday" our visit was on a ...Friday. I was trying to state facts and detail of what we needed to go over to resolve. I'd expect an attorney to be able to have good listening. He told me "stop, ugh you're such a type A personality" then later said "I don't like your personality you'd prefer to talk than to listen". He didn't know anything about our family or situation prior to our visit so it was needed that I explain to him what it was that we were in need of. When I asked him about price (per case, per hour?) his response was "if you don't like me you can go with someone else". At no point was I rude to him, I don't expect he sit down and cry with us but have a little more sensitvity to the fact that we had just suddenly lost our Dad. When I requested the paperwork back that I had provided him with he refused to let us pick it up and insisted he would mail it when he had a bill ready for us. We are now moving onto a more professional and sympathic attorney. I would not recommend Patrick Ledray to anyone in any case scenario.
