Jillian N. Walker

Jillian Walker is a shareholder in the Consumer Collections and Creditors’ Remedies group and concentrates in the collection of consumer debt. In addition to representing the firm’s clients, she plays an integral part of developing positive relationships between the firm’s staff and its attorneys fostering a positive work environment producing superior results.

She is licensed in four states, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Each of those states has distinct laws and statutes governing the area of collection. She also assists the firm and clients with licensing requirements. With a deep understanding of the law, Jillian is able to advise the firm’s clients on the most cost-effective ways of recovering their losses. Jillian can advise clients on the best approach to ensure their actions meet legal standards so they can run their businesses more efficiently.
