Jaren Lee Johnson

Jaren L. Johnson is a lawyer and founding partner at Johnson King, PLLC.  His practice area includes real estate acquisition and sale, land use, development and construction, landlord/tenant matters, entity formation and civil litigation.  Jaren is board certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Law Specialist, a designation currently held by less than 400 Minnesota attorneys.  He received his B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College and his J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List and served as an Editor on the Great Plains Natural Resources Law Journal.  Jaren has been named as a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine and has been named to “Who’s Who” in American Law.  Jaren contributes time to community activities such as speaking engagements, pro-bono work, and the Minnesota High School Mock Trial Program.  He is also a member of the Riverton Community Housing Board of Directors, a nonprofit entity which oversees the operation of hundreds of affordable rental units near the University of Minnesota, currently serving as the President of the Board.
