I’m a Minnesota attorney focused on criminal defense, gun rights, and civil rights—work driven by a simple idea: government must be accountable to the people. I defend self‑defense cases, handle firearm rights restoration and permit appeals, and challenge unconstitutional stops, searches, and arrests. Outside the courtroom, I volunteer as an EMT. That training—stay calm, triage fast, act decisively—guides my legal work too.
