I used him for divorce. He was horrible from the start but it's tough to find anyone to take a case that is already going. He is cheap for a reason. His paperwork was consistently wrong. I would send it back to him routinely 3 times for corrections. He was not prepared for his own witnesses on t...he case, let alone opposition. Which meant he had no rebuttal for expert witnesses when they didn't answer the way the script he wrote did. He would stutter and stammer, generally having no idea what to do next. The judge was even mad at the end of the case calling it a travesty how things went. Do yourself a favor and go watch him in the courtroom before you hire him. Anyone can sit in and observe.
