Biography
Joleen started her legal career after serving in US Army Special Operations for almost a decade. After medically retiring from the Army, Joleen attended Elon University School of Law were she focused on representing indigent and Veteran communities. Following her graduation from law school Joleen was a Deputy Public Defender with the Twin Falls County, Idaho Public Defender’s Office. In 2021 she moved to Minnesota and continued her work as an Assistant Public Defender. She joined Garber & Bakke, LLC to be able to reach more people in her new community and use her experience to assist Veterans in the Twin Cities Metro area.
