We signed a representation agreement with this firm, and the case was formally accepted. After that, the attorney became unresponsive for nearly a month. Emails and messages were ignored, and we were only able to locate him through a third-party company. When contact was finally reestablished, he ...apologized and blamed the delay on the holidays, then asked us to resend all documents, despite the fact that they had already been provided earlier. No consultation was ever conducted. No legal work was performed. No actions were taken on our behalf. Despite this, funds were withdrawn from our account, and shortly thereafter the attorney unilaterally withdrew from representing us, without fulfilling the obligations outlined in the agreement. As a result, we lost time, money, and trust. In our opinion, this conduct is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. We do not recommend this firm.
