My husband had been badly burned and poisoned by radiation treatments that were set too high. Right after being hospitalized, Covid restrictions hit. I was no longer able to see him while he was hospitalized. The treatments left my husband in a very confused state fearing everyone was trying to hu...rt him. As a result while trying to get free of his nursing staff my understanding is he injured one of the nurses who ended up filing charges. It took a lot of time and effort to convince the prosecutor to drop the charges against my husband who would have ended up in jail unable to defend or care for himself. His fees were very reasonable especially considering the amount of work and time taken in getting the charges dropped.
