Biography
Jason represents a wide array of clients throughout Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, collection and workouts, corporate planning and transactions, transportation law and business resolution. In addition to an expansive practice area, Jason is the co-editor of KWGC's bi-annual News Brief and enjoys speaking to private groups and associations on various business litigation and corporate planning topics.
Jason currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Epilepsy Foundation. He regularly provides pro bono assistance and counseling to various non-profit organizations including Farm Rescue and LegalCORPS. Jason has also been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law & Politics.
