Matthew Seracki

I am an associate attorney at RSC Law with over six years of experience working on behalf of injured plaintiffs. I began my career as a paralegal at a Bloomington personal injury firm, quickly advancing to law clerk within two years. During my first year working with injured plaintiffs, I decided to attend Mitchell Hamline with the goal of one day representing my own clients. With this goal in mind, I focused on insurance coverage and advanced advocacy courses tailored to personal injury law.

Throughout my six years of personal injury experience and academic training, I have developed the expertise to guide cases from intake to resolution successfully. My practice area's encompasses a wide range of injury cases, including car accidents, wrongful death claims, trucking and motorcycle accidents, ATV incidents, product liability claims, boating accidents, and workplace injuries. I also represent clients injured by dog bites, assault and battery, and slip and fall accidents. I am dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes by tailoring strategies to each client’s unique situation, always prioritizing clear communication to collaboratively execute these strategies.

In his free time, Matt enjoys exercising, spending time with family, playing various sports, reading, and tackling house projects. He also has a lifelong goal of hiking the majority of Colorado’s 14ers, hoping to find the time away from the office to achieve this ambition.
