Tanner Jeffrey Moe

Tanner is an associate attorney at McEllistrem Fargione, P.A., a plaintiff's personal injury law firm that prides itself on customer service and civil litigation skills. McEllistrem Fargione, P.A. helps individuals who have been injured or affected in a broad spectrum of injury-related cases: car accidents, trucking and motorcycle accidents, boating and ATV accidents, slip and fall situations, dog bites, wrongful deaths and insurance coverage litigation.

Tanner has successfully represented clients at all levels of the litigation process, including arbitrations, motion hearings, bench trials and jury trials. He has also lectured at seminars for other attorneys and insurance professionals since 2011. Outside of his practice, Tanner is on the board for the Hennepin County New Lawyers Section and is actively involved with the Volunteer Lawyers Network and the Savage Chamber of Commerce.
