Mark E Wersal

I got a DWI in Feb 2006 and hired Mark Wersal. Five days after my DWI I deployed overseas and Mr. Wersal was aware of this and had no problem with representing me. During my deployment I had made numerous calls and left numerous messages regarding my case. I was not informed of my case ruling until a... letter was received at my home address. I finally made phone contact with Mr. Wersal and he was an absolute waste of time and money. I would have been better taking leave and repesnting myself. Today I contacted Mr. Wersal regarding a Minnesota block on my Ohio driver's license. I was informed that I owe $680 for re-instatement. I asked of the statue of limitations, Mr. Wersal said, "pay the $680 fee or pay $10,000 in lawyer costs to fight it, good luck." Did not say bye or ask if he could help with anything else and just hung up!
