My wife and I attempted some long needed estate planning about a year ago or so, but the concepts and legalese weren't explained well and we found ourselves having more questions than answers. We used Philip Ruce to get our Will completed and trusts for our children. He was great to work with, made sure we always understood each step of the process and was quick to respond and answer all of our questions in a way we could easily understand. It is something we've put off because it wasn't... something we really wanted to think about... us dying. We have two children with disabilities and now after going through this process we can quickly look back and realize how scary it would have of been if something happened to both of us and we didn't have our estate planned for.
