I needed to update my trust and after researching attorney reviews, we selected Mr. Ruce. I called to make an appointment through his admin. asst. and he called back the same day to introduce himself and confirm our appointment. At our face-to-face meeting, he spent time explaining all options, all...owing us to make decisions based on our needs and comfort level. At no time did we feel pressured in any way. Paperwork was sent within days for my review and a follow up phone appointment made to go over everything. Phil did our estate planning in 2 stages, was well planned out, organized and very informative. He had a us do a little homework before we met for the first time and Phil walked us through the rest of the way. Phil would give multiple choices and explain each one and answer any questions that we ca...me up with. He never once said this is what you should do, he always let us decide. The second meeting was basically a final approval of what we decided at the first one, Phil again took his time in reviewing and answering questions. I would use Phil again and will give his name to friends and family.
