I attended a presentation of Phil’s while I was traveling out of town last summer. He was very knowledgeable and spoke clearly to his audience. My husband and I were getting serious about estate planning but did not know who to go to - as it turns out, Phil was highly recommended to us by our estate ...planner as his office is located in the Twin Cities suburbs and so are we! My husband passed away unexpectedly in March so I finally called Phil for his legal expertise. He sent me a “workbook” to complete so he had an understanding on my specific wants and needs. Phil and I then met in person to establish a plan. He then sent a draft of the plan to me and we had a telephone conversation to make revisions. Our last step occurred last week in his office where we signed and notarized the final documents. In less than two months after my husband passed away, I had a Healthcare Directive, Living Will, Power of Attorney, and a Final Will and Testament in place.
