Phil was very easy to work with; personable, competent and refreshingly un-lawyer-like. We needed a simple will drawn up and he was recommended by our financial planner. My wife and I needed to update all our end of life documents since our children had grown up and are out on their own. These included Power of Attorney, medical interventions, wills and trusts. Phil met with us and gave us a preliminary crib sheet to gather the necessary info. In a subsequent meeti...ng he reviewed the information and completed the additional follow up. Several days later the proposed documents were emailed for review with an opportunity to ask follow up questions or to modify certain aspects of the will. After completion we met to finalize the documents. Phil had all things in readiness, including Notary and witnesses. The package was neatly presented in a binder which included various pages of definitions, informational pages and helpful suggestions.
