You should check your paystub to confirm that no taxes have been withheld. If that is the case, you are going to have to pay them.

Call your Pretrial Services Officer. They will get notice from the BOP on when and where you are to surrender.

There is no way to have gun rights restored for a federal felony conviction other than to receive a Presidential pardon.
