My son had a court date in federal court for Monday 28th 2022 ,it has been vacated as of today ,what does this mean?

It means a new date will be scheduled. Nothing unusual.
Can the feds pick up a state case the was non processed at the preliminary, if the evidence they have was illegally obtained?

It is up to the court to decide if the evidence is inadmissible. The feds can pick up the case and you can then move to suppress the evidence.
If the feds can't get an indictment within 30 days, what prevents them from "releasing" but then instantly re-arresting you?

You're right, they could do that. But they are most likely to indict within 30 days. They can start with a simple charge and add more later.

There is no such thing. If the judge made a mistake, appeal. If he acted improperly, file a Judicial complaint against him. Those are your options.
