I was jobless, homeless, abused, and no immigration status. Mr. Chaudhary lead me down a road to employment, self-esteem, and a successful career. Most important, I’m now a U.S. citizen! I’m sure there are other good immigration lawyers in Minneapolis, but I’m here to tell you Mr. Chaudhary was thorough, wise, diligent, and handled my case with caring but also a firm hand. I hope others have a chance to have him on their side because Satveer knows the way to help you. And if there is not a way he’s honest and direct about that too. As a young African man, I felt Satveer was sensitive to my culture especially when my dad fell sick in Sierra Leone. Other reviews talk about how responsive he is, and I echo those people. We were referred to Mr. Chaudhary through my wife’s dad, who is also a lawyer. Her dad trusted Satveer, so we hired him. We quickly found out why he is referred by other attorneys. There were some twists and turns with my marriage green card, and Satveer’s navigated us so there were no problems with ...the USCIS. Mr. Chaudhary was particularly sensitive to me as a Chinese national, and I always felt safe and assured with his process and advice.

The USCIS sent me strict requirements for a simple work permit application for which I was already qualified. Also, the requirements were discretionary that left me clueless how to respond. Attorney Satveer Chaudhary took it head on from his Minneapolis office, and got me approved immediately. The r...esponse required thinking of and collecting documentation for which I had no idea. Satveer guided me every step of the way. Then, with those documents he made the proper legal arguments in my favor. I am confident these two efforts combined lead to the approval! I’m also quite impressed Chaudhary was almost always available to talk directly (not his staff), and sometimes even on weekends. Good luck talking directly to your lawyer these days! This was really a best effort I could not have asked more!

We had a great experience working with Satveer Chaudhary on my spouse's visa change of status process from J2 to F1. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and helping us fill out the forms in the best way possible. We could always contact attorney Chaudhar...y directly and receive almost immediate responses from him (not an assistant), even after hours and on some weekends! I’m not sure if other lawyers would provide that level of service, especially with no extra charges. We also appreciated how thorough he was, staying in touch not only when the approval letter arrived but also during our trip to India for stamping. We truly appreciate his time and support throughout the process and highly recommend his services.
