Biography
Danielle C. Mercurio specializes in probate/mental health law, including guardianship, conservatorship, special needs and supplemental needs trusts, revocable trusts, power of attorney, health care directives, and wills. Ms. Mercurio is also experienced in juvenile law, representing both parents and children in a variety of proceedings, including adoptions. Ms. Mercurio was admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota in 2011, after graduating from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota-Morris, in Morris, Minnesota. She established her private law practice in 2014, after first serving as an associate attorney at the Bogut Law Office, P.A for two years.
In addition to her law practice, Ms. Mercurio has been involved significantly in the community. She enlisted in the United States Army-National Guard in 2011. She is currently a Captain in the Judge Advocate General Corps.
