Property Lease

I have investment property that I am renting out. I drafted my own lease using various forms I found online. Before having the tenant sign the lease, I had Ms. Eid review it. She gave me some excellent advice regarding some lease terms that my lease needed. Ms. Eid was very fair with the fees and t...he time it took to review the lease. In addition, Ms. Eid was really responsive. I won't hesitate to use her services again if I need them.
