Being someone who scarcely ever gives referrals, as a “bad one” can too easily damage creditability etc., the review title says it all. For me to speak so highly, I believe the outcome was pretty much the best it could be (hey, it’s Bankruptcy Court); therefore I attempted to base ratings on my re...collection of the process only, They are genuine. The dominant word I would use in describing Jesse’s performance would be “proactive”. That implies “Responsive” “Knowledgeable” “Kept me informed”. Jesse/the firm were impeccably “Trustworthy” in their dealings with me. Kudos to Jesse as well as his resources @ RunningLaw; they have excellent understanding and insight into certain nuances of the process that one could never get from the “mills” that advertise on TV….

My ex-wife and I met Jesse about a year ago. We were separating and going through tough times financially. So we thought we'd visit a bankruptcy lawyer. So my wife and I decided to separate, and Jesse took us in individually. He was able to provide a Chapter 7 solution for my ex-wife, and with me, based on income and housing status, was willing to look into new laws and options. To keep things short, Jesse is the type of Lawyer who is confident, experienced and knowledgeable, and has a grasp on personal life, and especially family life with children! My situation was unique. Jesse did not give up. He was in constant communication with me via email and phone on the progress of my situation. He met with me when he was sick one day, when he could have stayed home, and also showed me he can be there for anyone at any time, even on his days off. In the end, Jesse provided me with the best bankruptcy option that fit my needs. Best of all, I feel like I met a new friend with Jesse, and I would recommend him to everyone!!!

Jesse has done a great job from the very beginning with educating me and keeping me informed throughout the bankruptcy process.
