A very horrible experience and we wish we never had retained them for our case. We retained them for our Adjustment of Status application. They claimed they have worked on a case similar like mine. However, they filed the application (after two incorrect filings and rejections) without knowing the ru...les. The rule clearly mentions that you cannot file I-485 before obtaining I-612 and our Adjustment of Status application was denied on that ground. We were lucky to find a competent attorney who after learning our situation helped us file again and got the application approved in 6 months. However, the financial and mental damage of retaining these guys was a lesson we learnt a very hard way and the repercussions of their mistake was borne by us as my husband was not able to drive or do his job for the period the refiling of the application was pending. We would never recommend them to anyone and we would strongly advise to do your complete research before hiring any immigration lawyer as hiring someone who does not know the law will harm only YOU financially as well as mentally. We wish there was some accountability but apparently, there is none. We are writing this review in hopes that by telling our story, it might help someone in the future, to have more information to make their decision on who they choose to help guide them through this process.
