The best of the best of immigration lawyers

David Wilson is a lawyer that knows his job he is excellent at what he does and he does it very well. He is dedicated to his clients and passionate to his work. David will handle your case professionally and will do to the best of his ability to make sure you succeed in your case. I hired David ove...r 2 years ago on my immigration case that was a bit complicated which I had previously hired a different lawyer costing me a lot of money he took over and he exactly knew what to do and what I needed to do all I did is follow his lead after providing him with the materials that he needed. The case went very well from the time he took over all the way to the end and now I am a happy permanent resident. I can recommend David to anyone with an easy or complex case he does not give false promises he is very reasonable with his pricing compared to most lawyers in town and surroundings with the initial free consultation. Be assured that David will work with you to the end of your case and it will have a great successful outcome.

Appreciation

Few months ago, my wife and I were faced with Intent to deniel by immigration. We were confused and did know what to do. A friend of mine told me about Attorney David Wilson. Appointment was set up. We met Attorney David Wilson and hired him to help us. Attorney Wilson assured us that with his exper...ienced for over 21years, we were in the right place at the right time. The paper work were send in to immigration. Few Weeks later, I visited the immigration status check website and saw"your case has been denied ." I contacted Attorney David Wilson. He assured my wife and I again that he was going to engage the process. Weeks later, my status changed to " your case has been reopened for reconsideration. " A follow up was received that my I-130 application was approved. August 22, 2019 my status check changed to " New card is being produced. " August 29, 2019, I received a letter "WELCOME TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ." August 30, 2019, GREEN CARD was received. If you are thinking about good representation for your immigration situation, I hereby recommend you to THE WILSON LAW FIRM. They will get the job done, no matter how difficult you will think the situation is. David Lee Wilson is the right Attorney for you. You are just a phone call away to your success. Jorge and Keren

About a month ago my 10-year-old daughter and husband both became U.S Citizens. Just this week I had the same privilege of become a U.S. Citizen myself. Getting here took years of steps, including becoming permanent residents. We could not have done this without David. We live in North Carolina, but ...not once did we doubt that David from Minnesota was the immigration lawyer best to take our case. He is incredibly professional, and knowledgeable. Through all of this process David walked us every step of the way. He always answered every concern we had and made us feel that we were in good hands. I have recommended to many of my family members to go with David. Now they also have successful immigration stories because of David and his team. We were blessed to have had such a great experience with Wilson Law Group. We could never thank David and his team enough for everything they have done for our family. Thanks to him we are now together starting a new chapter in our lives. From our experience and from the years of knowing David as our immigration lawyer my husband and I can say; without a doubt he is the best immigration lawyer. If we had to do it all over again, we would not hesitate in trusting him with our case. Once again thank you for everything! God bless.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
