Mr. Jarvis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Avionics (Aircraft Electronics) from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida; a Juris Doctor (JD) from William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota; and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
He is the owner and sole partner of Marcus-Jarvis Law, Ltd. (formerly Jarvis and Associates, LLC, and Jarvis and Associates, PC), which has attained a number of successful appeals at the BIA and the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
