Biography
I am the President of Manty & Associates, P.A. which I founded in 2007 after a 15-year career with other prominent law firms. With more than 20 years of legal experience, I focus my practice on representing creditors and debtors in commercial litigation and complex bankruptcy matters. In 1998, I was appointed by the United States Trustee, United States Department of Justice, to serve as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the District of Minnesota. I have also served as a Chapter 11 Operating Trustee, successfully administering a farm, a mall, gentlemen’s club, a restaurant and a software company.
I am recognized by my clients as a compassionate advocate with deep knowledge in debtor-creditor law. I am sought after for both my skill and action as well as her ability to handle matters with care and respect.
