Biography
I am a litigator with the law firm Tewksbury & Kerfeld and I represent individuals and corporations in the areas of personal injury, products liability, construction defect, and wrongful death litigation. As a seasoned litigator, I have sucessfully represented clients through all phases on litigation, including mediation, arbitration, trials (bench and jury trials), and at the appellate level.
I am a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice and licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. I am a member of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, am on the board of a section council for the Minnesota State Bar Association, sit on the University of Minnesota YMCA Board of Directors, and coach the University of St. Thomas School of Law's Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court team.
I graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and received my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
