I am a registered patent attorney with experience in patent drafting and prosecution in the U.S. and abroad, investigation and analysis of patent validity and infringement, preparing patent invalidity and non-infringement opinions, intellectual property counseling, patent litigation, and other intellectual property litigation. I am currently focused heavily on post-grant proceedings, including reexamination and inter partes review (IPR).
