Corporate bankruptcy issue
I had a fairly large retail tenant skip out on their lease in Minnetonka MN and declare personal as well as corporate Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Dick did a great job making sure my claim was the most allowable under the law. I was very impressed with his thoroughness.
