Mr. Thrane was retained to assist in a matter in which the government had acted recklessly and in an overbearing, irresponsible manner over a regulatory issue. As is typical, the government lawyers were in no hurry to rectify the mistakes made by the Feds, preferring instead to leave the aggrieved "t...wisting in the wind" for a while. Pete came up with an innovative, aggressive strategy, forced the government's hand and the government's action was dismissed with prejudice. Brilliant work, very much appreciated.
