Biography
Kim is a partner at Lindquist & Vennum and practice group leader in the Firm's Business Litigation Practice Group. An experienced litigator, Kim regularly represents institutions and individuals in complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including guardian/conservator/trust litigation, financial fraud, securities, contract, fiduciary duty, corporate governance, licensing and retailer issues, and other business disputes.
She is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and California.
Active in pro bono work, Kim presently serves as a conciliation court referee for the First Judicial District Court, and is honored to have received the Leonard Lindquist Pro Bono Award for her expungement work for pro bono clients.
Kim is also active in the community: WIth two children playing rugby (a son and a daugher), she is an avid rugby fan, and serves as an officer of Hopkins Royals Rugby Football Club.
