Jillian Mary Pearson

Jillian M. (Pearson) Flower practices in Henson & Efron’s business litigation group which represents corporations, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and individuals in a wide range of complex civil and commercial litigation matters. Jillian assists in all types of cases, including arbitrations, administrative actions, multi-district and multi-state litigation, governmental regulatory, and a variety of state and federal court actions. While in law school, Jillian gained professional experience working as a clerk with the Minnesota Disability Law Center, and as a student attorney at the University of Minnesota’s Workers’ Rights Clinic. Jillian also served as a judicial extern for Minnesota Court of Appeals Judge David Minge.

As a litigation associate, Jillian possesses an understanding of trade secret protection from her experience working on multiple cases dealing with claims of misappropriation from both plaintiff and defendant perspectives.  She is familiar with case and statutory laws that set out the qualifications required to establish and preserve trade secrets in Minnesota and across the nation.
