I have been a litigation attorney for 30 years. Through Aries Legal, I represent victims of investment fraud, consumer fraud, and other wrongful acts that cause financial harm. I pursue lawsuits and arbitrations against stockbrokers, investment advisors, investment firms, and other fiduciaries. I have a special interest in protecting elderly investors, who are particularly vulnerable to financial exploitation. I also represent victims of employer misconduct, including discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and wrongful termination. Additionally, I handle business disputes, including claims for professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, defamation, and shareholder-partnership disputes. I am an ally of the LGBTQ community.

I am licensed to practice law in Minnesota. I may also be qualified to handle matters in other states depending on the nature of the representation, and the rules governing the practice of law in that am a qualified neutral (mediator) under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.
