Biography
I have extensive, nationwide, experience in truck crash cases, having handled trucking cases in fifteen different states. I represent people who have been catastrophically injured (or the families of those who’ve been killed) as a result of the negligence of truck drivers and trucking companies. I was named a Minnesota “Attorney of the Year” by Minnesota Lawyer, a legal publication, for a truck-accident wrongful death case. In 2014 alone, I recovered over $16 million for my clients in accident cases, including separate cases of over $4 million and $5 million.
