David A Libra

DAVID A. LIBRA is a shareholder in the Minneapolis law firm of Lapp, Libra, Thomson, Stoebner & Pusch, Chartered, where his areas of practice include real estate, estate planning and business law.  He represents businesses and individuals in commercial and residential real estate purchases, financing and leasing. He has been named to the Minnesota Super Lawyers List in real estate law and is a frequent speaker for business and professional groups on real estate law and commercial leasing. Mr. Libra is a Real Property Law Specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and he is a member of the Real Estate Property Sections of the Minnesota State and the American Bar Associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.
