Creig Andreasen

Creig Andreasen knows a good deal when he sees one. He’s been helping clients acquire and sell real estate and other business ventures his entire career. Creig looks beyond the documents associated with a transaction to understand how they fit with a client’s long term goals and strategy. He works to find creative solutions to complete transactions while minimizing potential risk.

Creig concentrates his practice on Minnesota real estate law and banking. He works with landowners who want to acquire, lease, sell, or finance real property. He helps financial institutions with: due diligence; reviewing, analyzing and curing collateral and title related issues; as well as drafting, negotiating, and interpreting loan documentation. Creig also helps lenders work through troubled loans.

He is certified as a real property specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He has been included on the list of Minnesota Super Lawyers from 2017 to 2019 and on the Rising Stars list in 2014. He serves as an Adjunct Professor for Mitchell Hamline School of Law teaching the art of negotiation in its Legal Practicum course.

Before joining Lommen Abdo, Creig worked in a large law firm in downtown Minneapolis, and in the real estate department at Target Corporation.
