Court J. Anderson advises and represents individuals and businesses in a wide variety of commercial and construction disputes. His experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation matters including contractual disputes, business torts, employment litigation, construction litigation, minority shareholder disputes, federal and state securities disputes, probate litigation, and bankruptcy litigation. He has recently expanded his practice to include Indian law.

This means settling early, where appropriate, and also ensuring that his clients get a return on their investment; i.e. avoid over litigating and over billing in relation to the amount at stake.
