Very inexperienced. He is now with Katz Manka Teplinsky Sobel. Partner A Larry Katz of Katz Manka Teplinsky shoved him onto my divorce case to do paperwork. Some examples are as follows. He failed to attach pages 2 and 3 of schedule that I prepared. As result he submitted discovery with about $1000... debt instead of over $40,000. It could not be changed later. Also I submitted to him document that he lost and this cost over $2000. I emailed several times about important issue and then he emailed me back after my notifying him several times that he didn't know about it and then lied that I hid it from him. And on top of this Katz and Kruse charged me for all the time that I and my other attorney from other firm told him to do things which they both failed to do. Very serious issue here for him, Larry Katz and company Katz Manka Teplinsky to fail to do as client and other lawyer wanted done for protection,fail to submit necessary papers with serious economical consequences for client, insult a client and then on top of that charge an excessive amount of $150,000. They overcharged me excessively and failed to go over bills when I requested justification several months. Their failure made me switch to another law firm. I would stay far away from this company. These are very serious and costly problems.
