MDA Director

A big 5 stars to the Ostrom team!!! In 2018 I was offered a job by a high diving academy to work as a director of the company. This was ideal for me as it allowed me to get my first "real" job and also move to the city where my girlfriend lives. I have dived internationally for my home country, Gr...eat Britain, so I am well experienced in my field. However I was only 19 at the time and without a degree having never been to university. I was nervous that I may not be eligible for a work visa due to my age and work experience. The Ostrom Team worked with me to come up with the best possible solution which was to apply for the O-1 Visa. This is for workers with an expert level of knowledge and experience in their field. They helped me gather a portfolio to present to the USCIS to show that I am indeed somebody with international experience in the sport. This included providing professional letter templates and guidance when gathering references from previous colleagues. They also dealt with all the vitally important admin which goes along with a visa application. There are countless forms and documents that need to be filled out which they handled for me to make my life easier and better my chance at success. Once my petition was approved from the USCIS, they were also happy to give me some guidelines about what to expect at my final interview in London and review the DS-160 which is a background check which all non-immigrant applicants must do. So long story short this is the very best experience I could have ever hoped for. The fee of $3,500 for this service was very well spent indeed and completely reasonable for what I have now got out of it on the other end. Caroline and her team are awesome and clearly have high levels of experience in these sort of cases. Plus they were totally helpful and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. A 10/10 from me and I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable law firm to get you what you need!

Highly Recommended

I had been a long-time client of Caroline and all I can think of her is the thorough support she and her staff always extended. Caroline assisted me during my H1B visa time through my Legal Permanent Resident approval (Green Card).  I switched 4 employers after filing my GC application but was always... associated with her Firm due to the immense knowledge and expertise they have in this field. I had immense trust in her abilities and the process they have in place. I had to go through some tough personal times and Caroline went out of her way and provided support which I can never forget. Caroline is extremely punctual in her response and follow-up’s and it has been a great pleasure getting associated with her. I give Caroline and her firm the highest of recommendations. Thank you so much Caroline, for all the guidance and support.

Review for Caroline Ostrom

Me and my wife recently got our Green Cards. Caroline was our immigration attorney throughout the application process. She is a true professional with great work ethic and integrity, who, as the attorney representing us, always put our (clients') interests ahead of her's. She and her team were very t...horough w.r.t. to preparing the application packet and supporting documentation. As a result of that, we did not get a single RFE. Any time I had a question relating to our case, documentation, travel outside the country, etc, she would give prompt, impartial and thoughtful advice. Based on my experience working with her and the results, I'd absolutely recommend her services as immigration attorney to anyone seeking one.

Excellent experience working with Caroline Ostrom

My husband and I went to the Ostrom Law Office with our Adjustment of Status case, as we hoped to have our case that was submitted 10 months ago approved as soon as possible, before a new policy that's bound to take place to prolong our waiting period. Caroline understood our goal and got to work rig...ht away. She is professional, experienced, efficient, and well-connected. She is also a great communicator and our emails are always responded in a timely fashion. After several rounds of correspondence, I knew we could trust Caroline to achieve what we asked her to do for our case. The truth is that we did not have the most straightforward case and it involved a lot of communication and poking-around to move it forward. However, within two weeks we had received our approval notice and our green cards came in the mail yesterday! This would not have happened without Caroline's help. Caroline is everything we look for in an attorney, I would highly, highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a competent immigration attorney to work on your case. Thank you so much Caroline!

She is very professional in her approach – showed patience, understanding my and family’s background, made me aware of the options, associated risks and recomme...nded the best path to consider. Most importantly, she kept me informed and honest throughout the process so I was prepared mentally, financially and avoid surprises! + Prompt response and communication + Quick delivery of paper works, documentations, signatures via secured online method + Absolute flawless supporting documents during travel abroad + Affordable payment options for legal fees and expenses + Kept me informed of my petition + Updates on Petition status, immigration law changes, priority dates etc. In today’s internet age, there is an abundance of information available online to deal with immigration matters on your own – the point to ask “can you afford mistakes, when your life depends on the legal immigration status in the U.S.?” It’s common sense to have professionals deal with the ever changing immigration laws – Ostrom Law is precisely the firm who keeps the process simple, stands by you and delivers!

"I’ve known Caroline since 2000 while working as associates in the immigration practice group at Rider Bennett LLP. Caroline left to join Analysts International as in-house counsel, focused primarily on immigration-related employment issues, such as H-1B's and Labor Certifications. Consequently, Caroline has extensive knowledge and expertise in business-related immigration issues. I know first hand and will attest to Caroline's competence, professionalism and ethics, as well as her clients' satisfaction. Without reservation I refer complex immigration/employment cases to her, knowing that persons seeking superior service will be satisfied and their issues will be resolved."

"I have known Caroline for several years, going back to her time as in-house immigration counsel at Analysts International. At Analysts she worked on immigration but also employment law and corporate law and contracts. We have collaborated on many projects. Caroline is a diligent and careful lawyer with a strong background in employment-based and family-based immigration. Her corporate in-house experience is relatively unique to the immigration private practice bar. She is ethical and honest and takes seriously her responsibility to clients and obtaining the best results possible. She has extensive experience with technology and IT-related clients, as well as experience in other industries. I am happy to recommend Caroline and have referred clients to her in the past when conflicts of interest or workload issues have arisen in my practice."
