Brian Clarence Stegeman

Represents, manages and markets athletes, particularly professional mixed martial arts fighters (or “Ultimate Fighters”) and professional wrestlers, including former WWE Champion and UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar. Does everything from negotiating and executing promotional, endorsement and licensing agreements, to public relations, protection of intellectual property, or general business formation and transactions, as well as tax and estate planning.

Obtained LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 2005. Represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. Primarily handles tax disputes, but also works in the areas of employee benefits, estate planning and administration, and mergers and acquisitions.
