I have dedicated my law practice exlucsively to all areas of US immigration and nationality law - permanent residency, naturalization, petitions for family members, removal (deportation) defense, consular processing, employment-based immigration (both permanent and nonimmigrant), and asylum. In particular, I thoroughly enjoy working with LGBT persons seeking to navigate the US immigration system. US immigration law can be confusing and perplexing. I always strive to work clocsely with clients to carefully prepare their case.
