Alan Margoles is an incredible intellectual to have on your side in the courtroom. Alan did a great job looking deeply into issues and the legality of actions taken by the state. Specifically, Alan helped file a Rasmussen motion to dismiss social media search warrant evidence which was outrageously a...mbiguous in the form. I was working with both Alan and his daughter Michelle Margoles as well. The team was successful in this as well as many other motions for discovery that assisted my case very much.
