Aaron provides general counsel services to his clients in all aspects of real estate, corporate governance, business succession and wealth planning. Aaron’s engagements range from representing start-up entrepreneurs in connection with business formation, governance and financing, to the representation of established private business enterprises in evaluating strategic acquisition, divestiture, financing and succession planning initiatives.
