Roger D. Poehls Jr.

Robert E. Wilson is an injury lawyer with more than 35 years of experience representing injured individuals. He founded and leads Robert Wilson & Associates, which has grown into a focused three-attorney firm devoted exclusively to injury cases. Robert is especially well known for his work in workers’ compensation, and he lectures nationally on the subject, sharing insights based on decades of real-world practice. His work has been recognized with honors such as Minnesota Super Lawyer (2002–2004) and a Rising Star designation from Minnesota Law & Politics. He has also been awarded the Medal of Valor by the Minneapolis Police Department. Robert has made a lasting impact through appellate work as well, successfully arguing a landmark case before the Minnesota Supreme Court that expanded and improved rights for people with disabilities. He earned his B.A. from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
