Robert Edward Oleisky

Bob Oleisky has been an amazing attorney to work with. He was very good and very helpful with a misdemeanor DUI 7 years ago. But what has consistently impressed me has his continued dedication to his clients. This bit of criminal history has created some current issues with getting a visa to travel t...o Canada. He has gone out of his way numerous times to aid me via phone and email by answering questions and provided advice. He has consistently made time for me on the phone and even written a letter on my behalf, almost a decade after I was a paying client. I cannot say enough good things about him or the legal services he has provided. I would retain his services and recommend him to friends, family and complete strangers without reservation.

I recently had a legal issue that I 1) was not guilty of and 2) thought I would have no chance of getting it kept off my record. I was hesitant and considering just pleading guilty to the charges. I took a moment to think and sought the advise from friends and family, of what to do. They said I sh...ould fight the charges that I should find a quality attorney and fight for your rights. There were so many choices on which attorney to use, so I asked a family member who works with attorneys and judges, who she would use if she got into trouble. Before I could finish the question. She had a name for me. Robert Oleisky. She has seen him multiple times in court, seen how courteous, respectful, and how prosecutors and other attorneys held such a high regard for him. After I heard what she said I proceeded to call him and set up an appointment. I had a court date already set and after talking with him and a few other attorneys, I just saw something in Mr. Oleisky that made me feel that he would be by far the best attorney to look out for my best interests and defend me, so I decided to retain the services of Mr. Oleisky. To my absolute surprise, and delight, I soon received a call then an email that I would not only not have to go to court, and need to take valuable time off from work, and able to get the charges dismissed. His immediate response to my needs, His courteous behavior, His respectful demeanor, and his ability to litigate my case to a successful completion, without the need to go to trial, inspired me to tell others of how good of a Attorney Mr. Oleisky is. If I ever had need for an Attorney again, or have any friends, family, or relatives, who need the services of an Attorney, I would not hesitate at all in referring Robert Oleisky as an attorney.

I don't believe that Bob Oleisky did his best by me. In fact, I think he honed in on what the prosecutor would easily agree to early in the process and didn't push for anything more. Throughout the time I was working with Mr. Oleisky I often wondered if he was more interested in the prosecutor's age...nda. . .or mine. The outcome was disappointing. Further, Mr. Oleisky threatened me twice, once when I needed clarification on how my case would move through the court system he became impatient and threatened to declare I was mentally deficient, unable to understand the process and in need of some sort of psychological support or intervention (absurd). In addition, a complication came up late in my case and instead of addressing it head on he relayed to me what the prosecutor felt was the appropriate punishment and told me to accept it or find another lawyer. I never felt that Mr. Oleisky was being 100% honest with me although I acknowledge that this is somewhat speculative on my part. I have to live with a disappointing outcome. I would not hire Mr. Oleisky for anything other than a DUI (which seems to be the lion's share of his work).
